IMAGE ROOM reserves the right to adjust the quotation where third party services are involved and their prices change. IMAGE ROOM cannot be held responsible for third party services.
Unless supplying original artwork clients should only supply artwork and written copy where the necessary copyright permissions have been obtained from the owner. By supplying artwork it is assumed that such permissions have been granted. Client material used in the project will be returned to the client but is supplied at the owners’ risk.
Copyright of the work IMAGE ROOM supply’s belongs to you but it is not for resale. Source files used can be supplied upon request. We love to show off our work and share what we’ve learned with other people, so we reserve the right, with your permission, to display and link to your project as part of our portfolio and to write about it on websites, in magazine articles and in books.
We strive to supply error free work but we can’t 100% guarantee that our work will be error-free and so we can’t be liable to you or any third-party for damages, including lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages, even if you’ve advised us of them. Finally, if any provision of this contract shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this contract and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
Payment is due within 14 days. Interest on outstanding bills will be charged at 5% per day on accounts that exceed this time.
We understand and will exercise our statutory right to interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 if we are not paid according to the agreed credit terms.
Shop Terms
Items on this website are sold for the intention of personal use only, not for re-sale. Reproduction copyright remains with IMAGE ROOM at all times. Image Room reserves the right to change prices and specifications and withdraw products without prior notice.
The colours viewed on your screen may not exactly match the supplied article.
Stickers/decals are cut to order. We reserve the right not to produce stickers that we deem offensive, deflamatory or contravening UK law. We will contact you and offer either a full refund or cut an alternative.
Payment
Payment is made via debit or credit card processed by Stripe’s secure server. Customer’s credit card details are not stored or processed by IMAGE ROOM.
Goods are released on receipt of cleared funds.
Delivery
Apparel is printed to order. Delivery is usually completed within 7-14 working days for UK mainland and 7-28 days elsewhere. Should your order not arrive for any reason please contact us by email info@imageroom.co.uk with your order number. Tracking numbers are supplied for overseas orders.
Unfortunately we no longer ship to there USA due to the current customs situation making it economically unviable. If or when the situation changes we will reassess the decision.
Returns Policy
We guarantee that all merchandise bought is of the highest standard. Should you not be completely satisfied with your IMAGE ROOM product please return it in original condition within 14 days for a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights. Privacy
IMAGE ROOM does not collect or store credit card details and will not disclose your personal details to third parties – we hate spam as much as you! View our full privacy policy here. You may request to have your details removed at any time. We will honour this request.
